One of her gifts were going to the salon to get her hair washed, cut and straightened. Then we did some shopping. She got to pick out a dress from us. She also had some birthday money, so she ended up buying an outfit (dress/shirt with leggings) and we bought the other one. Oh and we hit the book store because she had a gift card from a friend.
When we arrived at our last stop (the mall), my aunt and uncle just happened to arrive in town, so we met up and then my aunt tagged along and helped pick out Ashleigh's outfits (my uncle went to our place where Chris and Justin were recovering from helping a friend do fire wood).
It was a fun filled day and I enjoyed hearing her tell people of her adventure to the hair salon and then the "shopping spree".
The night before, Ashleigh had some friends over for dinner and a movie, oh and the pinata.
