Musical Bedrooms

As I mentioned in a previous post, Justin moved to the downstairs bedroom that we once used for guests (Nov. 22).  It took awhile to clean his old room out and all is done except for the closet stuff because Chris needs to install a piece of dowling.

On Monday, Ashleigh slept on the floor in what used to be Justin's bedroom.  She was sooooo excited!  The next night, Chris moved her bed and dresser over.  We also moved some pictures that were on her wall.  One was left behind for Harvey :0)

Then a few days later, the desk made it's way.

She is sitting on her bed, looking in to her mirror

I joke that this is to remind me that Harvey now sleeps here.  The other morning, I leaned in to it to holler at Ashleigh to wake up.

I love this one.  He is dancing to the music!  His stereo was set up on this little table for a couple days before we put the dresser there.

Harvey slept in his play pen for two nights.  It is what he is used to, as he has been sleeping in it since mid-October, in the living room.

Then we picked up the dresser for free from a friend today! Yay!  Perfect timing!  The plastic drawer units would have worked, but a dresser is nicer and a place to put the stereo that is out of reach!

Chris set up the crib today.  It was in our room.  The brothers are peeking through the rails!

 One happy boy!

Yes, the room is pink.  We decided to paint another time.  Harvey won't mind.

He loves these wall stickers.  So far, he has managed to only pick one off.

Ashleigh left this Mickey Mouse picture for Harvey.  The planets are from Justin.  He thought they should go above Harvey's crib with the star wall stickers  That is a great idea, but they go better here.  They cover marks and holes in the wall beautifully!

Now I just need to take some pictures of Justin's room.  A few days after he moved down there, Chris put some shelves up for him to display his model cars etc.  It must have been so strange to go from his bedroom upstairs to bare walls down stairs!
