Mike Lake - Mid July

Here are the pictures I said I would post of us "4X4in'" at Mike Lake.



Did you think we went 4X4in' in the truck? No, no, no...we took Justin's go-cart in the bush! Chris is pulling him up a bank!



This is one of the many bridges we crossed on the trail. This is one of the longer bridges, the rest were pretty short. The stroller handled so well through the trail (which went all around the little lake). It went up and over the roots no problem!!! (the go cart on the other hand, didn't do so well).



It was very important to Chris to get this picture of the stroller's wheel going over this terrain!



And this is how we transported the go-cart to and from Mike Lake. It made the most beautiful song as it hummed through the wind. We quite enjoyed it! It hit atleast three tones.

On they way home, we stopped at the butcher to buy something for supper and I stayed in the truck with Justin and Ashleigh. People wondering through the parking lot gave us strange looks, and then I remembered, oh yeah, there is go-cart strapped to the top of the truck! HA HA HA.
