Question: What do you do when you are all ready for school, but the first day is not for another 6 days?

Answer:  

You "practice" going to school!  I guess it is kind of like when we home schooled ;0)

This morning, Justin and Ashleigh woke up early, they are packing their lunches.  They can not WAIT to try out their new thermoses, so Ashleigh is preparing the "Mr. Noodles".  It is her second time making them.

At 8:15, we are going to walk to school, maybe do some P.E., come home and do some art, free time, math and at 10:15, we'll have recess.

I do not have a detailed schedule, but did jot some activities down and we'll follow them as the day goes.  I think we'll even have a lesson on washing the van ;0)

But, the best part of practicing for the first day of school is getting to wear new school clothes that they have been aching to wear since last week!
