Without training wheels (and a little coaxing from Daddy) Ashleigh just began practicing riding a two wheel-er. I guess it was just the right timing as she has tried in the past, but we never really pushed it. Sunday Daddy worked with her, Monday morning she was eager to practice and by the afternoon, she was doing it.
Once she could ride around the swing set, she got to try the alley.
She was so proud and couldn't wait to text Daddy to tell him that she made it half way around!
It was such a glorious moment, watching her pedal away down the alley, all by herself :0)
She then turned around, rode to me, stopped for a picture and...
...pedaled on home!
Here is Justin. He has been enjoying riding up and down the alley. That's what I love about living here, there are allies everywhere in between the streets! He can ride a ways, yet still be close and on a quieter rode.
