April 9th marked the 100th day of 2008! We had to celebrate! Ha ha ha, so many things rhyme with "2008", I love it.
We started counting down at the beginning of the year and planned what we would do. The two main things were to make 100 cookies and count 100 pennies in fish banks (because they are in the shape of fish, not pigs).
Here is the list of things we did:
-Made 100 cookies (and didn't eat any until we had 100)
-Counted 100 pennies (Justin and Ashleigh both
-Counted 100 pieces of lego
-Counted 100 yellow split peas
-Counted 100 pieces of paper (Justin and Ashleigh's idea)
-Counted 100 cheerios (displayed above)
-Put 100 stickers on paper
-Celebrated! Justin and Ashleigh were totally in to it! We took cookies to the boy next door and both Justin and Ashleigh shouted, "Happy 100 Day!"
