Nustin and Nellie

For Justin's birthday, we bought him a fish. He just now named it, "Nustin".

The other day, Chris came home with gifts for the kids, some fly wheels for Justin and a fish for Ashleigh. Unfortunately the fish didn't last long, so yesterday, Chris bought her another. It is an "Oscar". I decided (for Ashleigh), to name the fish "Nellie" because my late great-grandparents were "Oscar and Nellie"...

So there you have it. We also have a fish named "Jack" (a Jack-dempsie fish) and a few others with no names.

Ever since I lost a precious gold fish, 7 years ago, I thought it was best if we didn't name fish. You get to attached to them that way. So much for that!
