There's a first time for everything

Well, we have never experienced selling a house before, but there is a first time for everything.  Yesterday, our realtors came by and took pictures of the house and put up a "for sale sign".  I have to admit, it felt a little weird.  The house goes on mls today and at any moment, we could have to prepare the house for a viewing.  Crazy I tell ya.  We've moved many a time, but would just give our notice and had to worry about packing and the landlords worry about showing the place and fixing it up etc.

Here's hoping it sells soon!  Chris goes to Cranbrook next week to find a place for us to live in. We'll be renting and hope to get back in to the housing market in a couple of years.
