It began with Justin and Ashleigh presenting me with a music stand. Hurray! It has been difficult to play my ukulele, or for Chris and I to play music together without a music stand!
My attempt at a self portrait. I was eager to get a picture of myself as I am very pleased with my weight and appearance on this birthday. Other birthdays in the past few years, I've packed on winter weight. I try not to be too hard on myself and as long as I am happy that is all that matters. This day, I felt really good.
I treated myself to some treats from Starbucks. I wanted to just sit for half an hour in a coffee shop. It took driving to three Starbucks to find one with a comfy chair. Then was told that they are getting rid of them! I also thought, how spoiled I am, that I have three plus Starbucks to choose from in on city!
I worked on this dishcloth.
An ok picture. My face is a little washed out. Some make up maybe? I really like the "natural look". Maybe I'll try changing the lighting on it. The pics on Chris' camera turned out better.
There, I "warmified" it.
I bought some orange tulips :0)I'll post more pictures later.
Chris did come home for the evening :0)
It was a wonderful day.
We had Chinese Food for Supper and the most scrumptious cake from m&m meat shops!
