Easter--updated on May 10th

Friends of ours, from the Lower Mainland, joined us for Turkey Dinner. They arrived late Thursday night and stayed until late Saturday morning.

Twenty Six Pounds! Aint it a beauty? We bought it fresh from a local Butcher Shop.

Sunday afternoon, we had a Easter Egg Hunt for Justin and Ashleigh ;0) I love this picture with Justin peeking around.

I hit many eggs, big and small. The bigger eggs had things in them. Some were edible and some were not. They were the "Ressurrection" Eggs and there was a little story to go along with each one (eg: a nail to represent Christ's death on the cross, a thorn to represent the crown he wore, etc).

Oh and don't forget about Shelby the dog and Whiskers! No, we didn't get a cat. Whiskers just likes to hang out here on Shelby's bed outside ;0) He belongs to our next door neighbors.
