Hey!
Just wanted to give you a quick up date while we're away. Thursday we picked Daddy up from work and headed for the ferry terminal to catch the ferry to Nanaimo. We tried for the 3:00, but missed it because it took me an hour and 45 min. (usually takes 40 min) to pick up Daddy from work!!!!!!! There was an accident on the Pitt River Bridge! So we found a nice restaurant and had an early supper and caught the 5:00 ferry. When we arrived, we checked in to the Buchanner Inn. It was our first time in a hotel, the 4 of us! When we opened the door and checked out the room, Justin said, "is this our new house?" I said, "no, we're just staying here the night". Then we check out the bedroom and bathroom and Justin said, "can I see the toilet? WOW cool!".
After unloading the truck, we jumped back in to meet aunty Liz (Chris' sister) for supper. It was quite late when we got in, but we had fun. We picked up cereal and milk on the way home from supper, so we didn't have to go anywheres until check out.
Friday, we caught the 3:15 ferry to Powell River and are here still at Chris' dad's place where he plans to do some fishing with his dad. We all went to the beach yesterday and picked clams and oysters. They were tasty! Forgot the camera :0(
Better go for now. Will post some pics some time next week. We get home Monday.
